Site & Infrastructure Improvements | Simi Valley Equestrian Center
Eclipse Construction Services completed a multi phase site improvement project at an equestrian center in Simi Valley, coordinating earthwork, drainage, structural fabrication, and concrete placement.
The scope included hauling approximately 40 truckloads of base sand to prepare the site, reworking existing sprinkler piping, and drilling roughly 100 drainage holes through railroad ties to improve water flow and longevity. Our team also completed custom uni strut welding and gate installation, followed by concrete pours for both equipment pads.
While technically straightforward, the project required careful coordination across multiple trades, sequencing of work, and daily on site problem solving. Eclipse’s crew handled each phase with professionalism, adaptability, and clear communication, ensuring the work stayed on track and met the client’s expectations.
